Werebear - Maul - Upheaval (Totems)

Werebear has 2 nodes that apply 2 diferent skills to Werebears Maul skill (Skull Crusher, Tremor Slam)

Tremor Slam makes you use Upheaval skill after Maul
Skull Crusher makes you use Fury Leap skill as Maul

You can spec Fury Leap skill with node Violent Uphieval which will make you use Upheaval whn you land (aka after Fury Leap)

with this setup you are supposed to use Upheaval 2x when you use Maul, once from Skull Crusher and once from Tremor Slam

individualy they both work and will use Upheaval BUT if you combine Skull Crusher and Tremor Slam, you will only trigger Upheaval 1x … this is wery hard to spot since its supposed to happen at the same time so there commes Upheaval Totems node which makes Upheaval summon totem that casts Upheaval instaed (and has UI icon since its totem)
again Skull Crusher and Tremor Slam separately (only alocate one) summon one totem, but together they still spawn only 1 totem when they should spawn 2 …

No, if you read the text on the node in Werebear that gives an Upheaval on Maul it specifically states that if you have the node in Fury Leap that does the same thing and the Werebear node that applies Fury Leap to Maul then you get 1 Upheaval with a damage buff.
