i was progressing ahead on the monolith quests and hit a roadblock.
Unity crash on Wengari stronghold quest as soon as you reach the end of the linear path (like after killing around 30 monsters at most).
I did try it numerous time with launching spell, without, simply walking, tping but the bug repeat itself all the same as the exact same location.
As for relevant information, currently playing through mac M1 Whiskey without any bug so far but this one.
I’m having the same issue. Unity crash on Wengari Stronghold Monolith Quest although mine happens about 1min into that particular map. Consistently crashes. This is the only mission or time in the game I have gotten this message or problem. Love to hear if there is an idea on solution
I am running into the same issue as well. About 10-20 seconds into this quest it Unity crashes, every time without fail. Seem to be able to run other echos with no problems. Any ideas?
Same issue here as well. Can be consistently duplicated (crash as I enter the first large room at the end of the road upon start)
The unity crash occurs even when I turn all the graphics to low.
Does not occur in other parts of the game.
Update to my previous post. Still happening 100% of the time in this spot. I even leveled an offline character and when hitting this same spot, online or offline, I experience the crash.
Same here. I’m on an M2 Pro iMac with 32 GB ram and even on low graphics settings Unity crashes after about 20 seconds. This is through Crossover with D3DMetal and ESync enabled. Just before the crash the framerate drops quickly to 8. Although this game is far from optimized I still get around 60 in general on medium.
Edit: I actually managed to finally clear the map through what I can only describe as being very patient and careful. A went really slow and pulled back as few mobs as possible at a time and then waited a few seconds for the game and framerate to catch up before progressing further. I’m starting to think that weather effects and primarily their ground snow effect is really punishing.
