The Weaver’s Will mechanic is honestly one of the coolest things in Last Epoch. It takes uniques—usually static and short-lived—and turns them into something you can actually grow with. Watching an item level up alongside your character feels super rewarding, and it adds a sense of progression that most uniques just don’t have.
Right now, only a handful of uniques can drop with Weaver’s Will. But imagine if any unique could drop with it.
It would make gearing feel so much smoother. Instead of just tossing a unique the second you get one with more legendary potential, you could keep using the Weaver’s Will version and build it up over time. It gives you a reason to actually stick with an item and develop it, rather than always waiting for the perfect drop.
It would also open the door for way more build variety. A lot of uniques that are fun but kind of niche could actually become endgame viable if you had a way to scale them up over time. That kind of flexibility encourages more creative builds and more reasons to experiment, which is what makes ARPGs fun in the first place.
