I put my Bone Harvester into the Forge and then accidentally hit ‘T’. Hitting ‘T’ made me make a portal and I instantly teleported. My weapon was no longer in the Forge and was not on the ground at either area where I was. The weapon is now gone forever

I just tried what you described and my weapon was not lost. If you have any similar bugs happen, please post both your log files. Sorry about that!
Ahhh just happened to me as well. Put my Harvester Gloves in the Forge, teleported to town, and they are gonezo for good. RIP
Could you please upload your log file which is linked in my last post? Upload both logs, since when you restart the game the old log gets copied to Player-prev and a new log starts.
