Watching youtube in another monitor stutters when you open stash or vendors

Setup:

3 monitors @ 144 hz
i7 7700k
32 gigs of ram
All SSD samsung drives
3080 evga graphics card , latest driver as of 3/23/23
Watching youtube using Firefox at the latest non beta build as of 3/23/23

Last epoch is at max graphic settings for a 27" 144hz monitor @1440p

Youtube will stutter anytime its opened in any of my multi monitors ONLY when I open a stash or vendor (have to be clicked into last epoch). Its crazy never seen anything like it. Might I add last epoch runs great! No issues.

Added the dxdiag graphics and player log files just now. Hope this helps…
