Warpath + Ring of Shields + Ring of Shields' node (On the Path) doesn't seem to trigger immediately if Ring of Shields is cast when Warpathing

If you cast Ring of Shields while Warpathing, the Ring of Shields’ node On the Path doesn’t seem to work. As it is now, if I cast Ring of Shields while Warpathing, I need to stop Warpath, then start Warpath again, and then I notice the On the Path node takes effect.
