Figured I was all set and then after 30 seconds of playing I heard it…
I don’t know what the idea was but implementing a VERY HIGH PITCH light shimmering constant sound as you spin might sound cool on paper and, even though it might not bother most people, I can assure you in other cases (like me) this is an absolute no no.
Maybe it’s me being a musician and sensitive to high frequencies but man this feels like a dentist drill bit digging in.
I already had to cut my sound effects level to more than half to not go completely insane and it’s still not cutting it.
Is there any way to get a refund for these points?
(Though the solution here imo is for you guys to cut this ‘‘cool’’ sound off entirely or at least put a note/warning saying that the sound effect is also changed. The trailer in the shop does not have the same level of effects, it’s easy to not notice it right away)
