Warlocks Overloads should have different trigger conditions - they're sometimes useless in Echoes

Nodes like Cauldron of Blood (etc.) require a certain amount of ailment X to be on the surrounding mobs to then trigger their overload.
But many times you simply don’t reach this amount, at least while clearing Echoes. Mobs just die before you have enough ailments out, making this node useless in Echoes, at least sometimes.

Triggering the overloads on Bosses is not an issue, but I’d suggest to add a line that says you’ll trigger the overload after killing enemies afflicted by the required amount of ailments as well.
