400 a decent amount for a ward build? or strive for higher? or lower?
You want as much as you can possibly get your little mitts on.
For early game, 400 would be very good, for late game… Not so much.

Ward, after all, is not formed only from Ward Rentention.
Everything above a stable 5,000 Ward I felt was still halfway playable in the end.
