Warcry's Fury Strikes Attack Speed per Berserk Stack incorrect

Attack Speed per Berserk Stack: 4%/8%/12%
Attack Speed Maximum: 16%/32%/48%

The Attack Speed Maximum works as expected. The Attack Speed per Berserk Stack does not scale past skill level 1. Each stack of Berserk only ever increases speed by 4% when it should be 8% and 12% at levels 2 and 3 respectively.
