Basically, VPN does NOT work, you can login and get to the character selection, select your character, then on loading, boom. Nada. I don’t think screenshots are necessary mainly because it is just stuck on the loading screen following character selection. It is clearly something in the networking code that is causing this issue. I am not sure if this is a ‘bug’ or if it is a policy of the company not to allow VPNs for some reason? If it is a policy, I suggest dropping it, because VPNs are very common today and purposefully not supporting VPN connections will cost you players. I know this for sure. I could go onto a rant as to why I think VPNs are important today, but that I won’t do for your sake 
and I will assume for the time being that it is just a bug. I hope you guys can sort it out and figure it out. Thanks for listening :DDDD Take care! <3
