I don’t think Volka’s Razor calculation is working with Shatter Strike. I have +34 flat cold damage from spell blade tree, +35 flat cold damage from dex, and whatever the base damage for shatter strike is. Tool tip shows mana cost is 10. I have 5 points in the mana efficiency node.
I do not see any change in damage against a dummy. 150% increased elemental damage should have a noticeable effect. I understand that its a conditional effect so it wont necessarily show on the tooltip.
