Volitile Reversal - Void Rift Before/After Not Appearing

When using Volatile Reversal with either Incipient Void Rift or Terminal Void Rift, the void rift do not appear. I saw that there was a bug report of this in April of last year I believe, this is still happening. Pretty much making Volatile Reversal Mastery useless

Yeah it seems to do nothing.
