Volcanus Bugged?

Hi all, sorry for my bad english.
I drop Volcanus 2h sword, but if i equip it, i can’t use Shatter Strike.
It’s this supposed to be or is’t a bug?

Do you have the Iceblink node on Shatter strike? It increases attack speed but you can’t then use shatter strike with wands or 2-handed weapons (like Volcanus).
