The node Eruption (+12% Shrapnel Damage) in the passive tree and
Affix Inc Volcanic orb dmg/lower speed on Ornate idol DON’T change the tooltip damage of the shrapnel (idol affix only changes orb damage tooltip).
So putting points in eruption doesn’t impact it, and equiping ornate idol with that affix doesn’t either.
Is this normal, expected or is it a bug?
Now i’m curious if Glacial might node ( Shrapnel hit damage against chilled) works too. I haven’t tested in on a dummy to check the damage though.
