Volatile Zombie node suggestion - Current health = x% increased explosion dmg

Having a second node that has synergies with minion health would be neat, and specifically scaling it with current health rather than total health means you’d want to avoid vomit, for which there is pretty much no reason to not grab at least a casual point in right now.

EDIT: Apologies, meant to post in the feedback & suggestions forum. Maybe some kind mod will move it. Apparently even regular users can just move it in edit mode, woops.

The problem with using current health rather than max health is that the skill is coded to set the zombie hp to zero then explode, so when the explosion happens the current hp is always zero.

It’s a nice idea but would require more modifications to work. I’ve not tested it, but I thought that the explosion didn’t have any hp component at all?

There are 2 nodes in the zombie tree that interact with maximum health.

You are correct that current health might require more coding in the background to work.

We don’t know how easy or hard this would be to implement.
The explosion does have a very small animation.

Maybe tt could take the current hp when the animation started, not when it ended and the hp is brought to 0.

And neither of them are damage-related.

Yeah, one way would be to record the HP before it triggered the “set hp to zero then explode” sequence & use that as part of the damage calc.
