I’m using it primarily to restore mana so I’m not sure if other aspects of the skill are also broken. I notice that often I am restored to full mana even when I know 2 seconds previously I did not have full mana. And other times it puts me at less mana than I know I had 2 seconds previously. It’s very inconsistent and it makes it very hard to play around.
