Testet against several mobs. Seems to be no difference between 0/5 or 5/5 points. Tooltip DPS on Void Rifts doesn’t change as well.

I haven’t been able to reproduce this issue yet. Do you have any additional details about how you encountered it?
Keep in mind any improvements to Void Rift damage within Erasing Strike’s tree only apply to Void Rifts created by Erasing Strike.
In regards to the tooltip, Void Rift is a subskill, and unfortunately subskill tooltips currently do not update to reflect modifications from skill trees.
