Void essences triggered from Vengeance skill tree are the old ones

In the Vengeance skill tree you can spawn Void essences but it looks like it spawns the old void essences. They stack infinitely and still give void protection, mana regen and life regen as before ^^
(The tooltip displays the new void essence bonus though.)
