Void Cleave Unique Idea

Void Knights kit is really synergistic with Void Cleave however the base skill has a pretty strict itemization on it. You can only use the Skill if you are wielding a 2-Handed Axe or Sword.

There are currently no nodes in the skill tree (like shield charge) or item that enables you to use the skill without one of those two specific 2-Handers.

The itemization options for Void Knight are pretty spread and I want to try out more weapon options but this limitation to specifically 2-Handed Sword and Axes is a bit sad for me, especially with a specific Set Item pair being Sword and Shield Void Knight as well as there being void 2-Handed Spear and Mace Uniques.

I think giving a node or unique to allow void cleave to be used without the 2-Handed Sword and Axes limitation would greatly increase void knight build diversity and I think thats more fun for most players to have more options.

I do understand if the node or unique kept the limitation to just 2-Handed weapons but allowing ANY 2 handed weapon to use the skill would still be a great improvement in diversity (although I would of course prefer any weapon to be used after the node or unique is equipped).

There can even be two different nodes or two different uniques that have a variation of this void cleave modification. One could be any two hander. The other could be one handed swords and axes are also allowed to be used. They can be mutually exclusive nodes (just make one overwrite the others effect). Or if using the unique item path way you can make the two different uniques be on the same slot so you can only get one of them.

If implementing this as a unique item, I think the gloves slot would make the most sense. Firstly, the logic of your gloves modifying the grip of your weapons to allow you to use this technique makes sense. Secondly, the gloves slot is kind of lacking great options for a melee void build.

one thing to keep in mind is some additional animation work to get VC to work with 1 handers and the like. I think 2H in general might work as is.
