When Abberoth’s Command turns Void Cleave into instant cast, it can no longer be echoed by Void Knight. Also, holding down the VC skill button will not use it when it comes off-cooldown, rather the UI just be blackened out. No issue when using VC with other 2H weapons.
Nowhere it is stated that instant cast skill cannot be echoed. This occurs in Offline Mode.
