They nerfed idols and they nerfed thorn shell, but they did not nerf Spriggan flat damage per Vit. IMO the highest dps reflect build for Season 4 is to take double Spriggans, stack vit as well as attunement.
With both spriggans active this build gets 82k flat damage before thorn shell stacks.
