Vilatria’s set is pretty cool, but it really doesn’t need to be a set. Instead of the set bonus that provides +1 spell lightning damage per int, each piece could be uniques that individually have +1 spell lightning damage per 2 int. They would still synergize very strongly with each other, but it would open up more options.
