Video Stuttering with new Patch

Howdy,

I am getting Screen Stuttering with the new patch. Screen is tearing as I move.

Running:

GTX 3070 with plenty of ram

Video settings:

Vertical Sync: on

Resolution: 2560x1440

Master quality: Low

I have tried taking off the V-Sync and limiting the Frame Rates to <30 but that seems to make no difference in fact it is a bit worse.

Prior to the patch I had the V-Sync off and limited my frame rates to <30 so my video card did not have to work do hard. Screen did not tear

Anyone else seeing this?

As a first step I’d recommend restarting your computer and attempting to repair the game through Steam.
