VFX already at 1.0 launch?

Hey, I wanna to know if effect skills will be already on premiere in game or later.

Also my suggest for that’s:

  1. Cheap version - just change colours
  2. Expensive version - change colours + change / add extra effect

For example Warpath:

  1. We have already 3 colour effects, so if someone playing fire paladain but wants effect of void on that skill etc.
  2. Change colour (can be different than 3 basic on skill) + add also any cool effect

Skill VFX MTX isn’t planned to be available at 1.0 and there isn’t a timeframe for its availability after launch at this moment. Mike discusses it further in the following dev stream:
