The suggestion is allowing Vessel of Memory to let players to start from completed beacon nodes as well as completed memory vessels. This gives more synergy between the two and allows for more streamlined target farming. I also think it fits thematically with the beacon node as well.
This also has the benefit of improving chances of getting those rare LP uniques without increasing the drop rates.
I agree and did suggest this in the past.
Vessel Of Memory are already pretty rare, even on higher corruption and they already lead us to do a lot of echoes again just to reach the echo rewards we want.
Redoing these Beacons gives us nothing except making echo modifiers run out.
So it feels more like a burden or chore than an actual reward, after the beacon already has been completed before.
Beacons serving as a kind of âcheckpointâ makes totaly sense.
I also think that this would help encourage people to use these nodes especially if it was included in the text of the beacon that it would not reset from a memory vessel. I wonder how many people are even aware of farming with Memory/Chaos nodes.
