It was posted a year ago but still not solved, changing via ini file seems to work but it’s quite a hassle to find the file.
Some goes for the still existing bug, where A is hovered over an non interactable NPC and the controller still bugs out, uses abilities even though no button is pressed.
Vertical sync doesn’t work if you have “streamer mode” on.
If you already have streamer mode off, you have to uncheck “maximum fps” and you should be able to change vertical sync.

you mean “limit fps” since there is no checkbox for a mximum fps. Either way, this should be more clear, people like me don’t know about this and there are no tooltips mentioning this “work around”
