I was trying to figure out what triggers the vendor refresh. In a 1.5 hours time frame I:
- Levelled up multiple times
- Completed 20+ monos
- Fought mono boss and unlocked another mono
- Didn’t touch vendor at all since a forum post was claiming it resets in 10 minutes if you don’t open it.
Yet vendor didn’t refresh. I don’t know what causes vendor refresh but even if it is time, 1.5 hours is too long. Possibly bugged.

Surprised there aren’t more posts about this. Clearly it’s bugged at least in the online version, I’m experiencing the same thing.

Apparently for now the only way to refresh vendor’s inventory is to teleport out of vendor’s zone and then back in.
