  1. Currently there is only the option to assign a key to both open and close menus. It would be great if these were split up into two keybind options.

For reference, I bind both the escape key and spacebar to this functionality currently. I like closing menus via spacebar since my thumb rests on or near it. However, it is common enough in the thick of a battle to accidently tap the spacebar and have the main menu appear obscuring the screen. I’d prefer to hit esacpe to show the menu since that requires me to move my fingers to press it.

  1. On the mini-map, the icon for an echo tomb is the same as the one(s) pointing to echo completion targets. This adds unnecessary ambiguity if you are not interested in that echo’s tomb.

  2. Not sure if a bug or not, but when adding a new stash tab it seems that it always opens to that tab moving forward instead of the first tab on the left (or first tab of the first tab section/folder on the left). You can work around this by subsequently moving the desired tab somewhere else and then back to its location (thus treating it as the newest tab to be modified).

Suggestion: Enable tabs to be marked as the starting tab or have it so that the stash tab view/panel always opens to the last tab interacted with.

  1. Using Runes of Ascendance requires to you manually select it each time you wish to use it instead of persisting like other runes (ex: Rune of Shattering).

  2. When inspecting your character’s blessings, there is no indication that you can change them at the vendor in The End of Time. A possible solution would to have a small ? icon w/ tooltip next to the close X button or at the top/left in the empty space.

  3. Similarly, on the echo selection panel (where you choose what echo to join) and the main echo panel (where you enter individual echoes) there is no indication that you can right-click an echo to quick join it.

  4. In the echo panel there are icons for highlighting reward types that have no accompanying text for what they do. Especially the last 2, which apparently highlight weaver echoes and weaver echoes w/ increased experience? If so, I haven’t seen those echoes have the rotating indicator that indicates it matches one of those icon filters. A suggestion would be to add a small tooltip to the icons to indicate what they filter.

  5. Holding ctrl and scrolling the mousewheel to traverse horizontal stash tabs (since there are parent sections, perhaps shift+ for top level and ctrl+ for child level?). If this is too much, perhaps if stash Quick View is open, ctrl+mousewheel would scroll through vertically.

In general, this would be a nice, alternate way to view your stash tabs without having to click each folder/tab individually.
For a specific use case example, this would allow you to have your mouse over your inventory to shift-right-click items while using the shift/ctrl+mousewheel to change tabs at the same time (instead of click tab, mouse to inventory, click some items, repeat )

  1. Remove the unique-item minimap icon if the unique is hidden in your filter. I’m not sure if it is left there as a second-chance indicator but if you’ve taken the time to hide uniques then you are implicitly aware of the risks. Having it show makes it seem like you’ve left a wanted unique behind. Fwiw, I think still showing the light beam is a good compromise (just like rares and exalted items).

Cheers. Loving S2!

This is likely because runes of ascendance are very rare and they don’t want people ascending items by mistake and wasting them.
In fact, the only rune that stays when you switch gear is the shattering one.

Actually not true. Both in the global map and in the echo web map you have an indication of this in the lower right corner.
