The character has 5 points in Fleeting Crone (50% haste effect) on the tree. The boots have 47% haste effect. The char sheet MS provided by haste goes up by 1% when I remove the boots though.
Same problem here. I have the Experimental Haste mod on Vanguard Boots.
Vanguard Boots (25-50%) 46% Increased Haste Effect is not counting towards Haste.
My Example:
I gain 38% movespeed from Haste with Experimental Haste mod which includes 26% Haste Effect.
I should gain 52% movespeed From Haste with +72% Haste Effect
