Greetings.
I am extremely distressed by the fact that I can’t both have my Rip Blood 0-mana filler spell AND my “move/interact” both on my LMB bind when in WASD mode. This was never the case in all other ARPGs so why are we doing this here and now?
It is very infuriating to have a separate specific keybind just to interact with chests and objects instead of just LMBing them, and I’d very much prefer to not to re-learn the basics of ARPG after 25 years of classic working just fine for me in multiple other projects. What we have right now in WASD mode is technically a “permanent Shift-casting” mode. It’s wrong. It shouldn’t be that way.
And for the love of gods, please let us move the “move” icon from the fifth slot to literally anywhere else. My brain hurts every time I glance at my hotkeys and not see LMB/RMB as my two right-most slots.
Man, there’s like dozens of posts regarding this very issue… If you have something to suggest, try the search function to see if the matter is already being discussed… Making a new thread on an already discussed matter will do nothing good, as it will only dilute the player’s feedback among all other threads, instead of making one single thread stand out with many votes and getting attention from Devs.
The link is appreciated.
The snark, however, is not. This is not a ‘minor and easily dismissed issue’. This makes the very core interactions a player has with the game uncomfortable. The amount of similar threads reporting the same issue should be the least of everyone’s worries. If anything, this amount should indicate how drastic the problem is and how soon they should find the means to remedy it.
No, I’m pretty sure this is the first ever post about this issue ever & if there were multiple threads about it then I’m sure the devs would find it super useful to have to go through a bunch of tiny threads about it rather than one long thread.
Only if the threads clearly state it’s commanding, urgent, critical and severe, holding the posters’ final judgment about this superbly demanded issue.
Well, not in these forums…
It’s common knowlegde around here that EHG is not very communicative in their own forums, and the best chance a thread have of receiving any Dev’s attention, is if it has lots of comments and/or votes on it.
We’ve been here long enough to see dozens of cases like this, where a part of the community is unhappy about something, but instead of getting together to make their voices heard, they spread around multiple threads, ending up with a bunch of threads saying the same thing, but none with relevant amount of votes/comments, and the problem only goes on without any Devs response.
Then, when a single thread stands out, it is generally quickly responded to.
So no, this is not the least of our worries around here. It’s damaging for the whole purpose of these forums… Having multiple threads on the same matter will only dilute players feedback instead of indicating anything.
