In the Imperal Era I was able to use Smite’s teleport effect, Descend, to go through the quest locked door in the entrance hall. I managed to replicate this bug easily and it can only be done bottom right section of the door/wall that you can’t pass until you continue ‘A Study In Time’.
Yes, you can use any movement skill to get through doors/walls that would block walking (with the exception of pairs of walls that have a gap in between them on the minimap). Known issue (in general).
Basically, walls/doors don’t block the “skill” state which is what you’re in while using a movement skill. They also don’t block ranged skills from either you or mobs.
