I’m guessing there are already plans for XP to have some value or use. I’ll just throw an idea in.
When you would gain another level past 100 you instead gain a new crafting rune. This rune does not require forging potential use. When applying the rune to an item it randomly selects an implicit or affix value and increases it by one or one percent, up to the max of its tier.
