I’m not sure where I should post this, but here’s a question:
Are Upheaval’s Shockwaves supposed to scale with minion stats when Upheaval is converted to a totem? Intuitively, I would think they do since the totem is now attacking with Upheaval and the Upheaval itself scales with minion stats. However the shockwave tooltip doesn’t reflect changes to minion damage and it’s kinda hard to tell if it’s scaling during gameplay.
On Last Epoch Tool, that node skill does have a minion tag though. So probably just tooltips error.
The totem nodes does, but shockwave doesn’t gain the minion tag. So I suppose it’s working as written. Is that the intention though? It seems very strange that my minion’s attacks are scaling with my personal melee stats.
