Upheaval Totem Interactions with Apogee of Frozen Light Sword

When you convert Storm Totem into a cold skill using its passive tree, it gets the +3 skill levels from the sword.

Warcry Totem also gets the + to skill levels from the sword when converted to a cold skill.

It doesn’t do the same for Upheaval Totem when it’s converted into a cold skill using its passive tree.

All 3 skills gain the Cold/Totem/Minion tags.

Is this a bug?

+1 on this. Technically it should work, but it does not. Upheaval becomes a totem/ minion, and there is a node for a cold conversion. It gets the right tags. Same things work on other totems.
