I just fought Lagon with a Forge Guard using a build focused on Hammer Throw. During phase 2 I have a problem with two tentacles: I could not kill them. I brought both to low life, but after a certain moment (threshold?) they stopped receiving damage.
Good thing is that is happened only with two tentacles, so I could finish this phase, continue the fight and defeat Lagon. But this seems to be a bug though.
