Skill - Enchant weapon, node - Unstable enchantment. There is no caste of the elemental nova.

I am also having this issue, activating Enchant Weapon with Unstable Enchantment doesn’t trigger Elemental Nova for the activation or the buff runout. Have tried taking it on/off my hotbar, casting Nova manually, no luck, the autocast seems broken.
Have reported the bug in-game.
