Unspeccing lethal cadence still shows buff on buff bar

Not much more to say than the title really. The stacks don’t grow anymore, I am simply stuck on 2 stacks of lethal cadence. Relogging fixes this.

Lethal Cadence not working and stacks don't disappear when speccing out

Lethal Cadence Passive from Rogue Base Class Tree is not working properly. With 10 Points into it, it should give 200% increased damage on the 3rd hit. I tested with 63 flat base dmg on cinder strike and puncture (i assume both of those have 100% damage effectiveness) I had 0% increased damage from anything, ponly the 63 base damage.
