What went wrong?

First quest echo of the Fall of the Empire, not empowered. Killed a Soul Repository and a potion has dropped where it used to be, but I can’t pick it up. See from screenshot how I’m at 2 pots and wearing a Noble Sash which has 3 slots. Just wanted to report since any other loot that falls in this area would probably not be reachable either, I presume
