Apparently they literally are not aware that their servers aren’t working at all
here’s their update from discord 20 minutes ago:
“Matchmaking (connecting to scenes) are starting to improve but still variable. Towns scenes and Monolith are looking good but we’re working to improve Wild scene (combat zones) time transitions (including initial login which may connect you to the first Wild scene unless you’ve already visited a town scene). Good leads for ways to further remove bottlenecks this morning with the team refreshed.”

Zoning takes so long I did my dishes while waiting. When back I lost connection after 1 minute

To the sane people on this forum. Please start flagging these kind of topics. It’s just spam so flag it as such.
Discourse (the software on which this forum runs) will automatically start hiding these kind of low effort whining after some people flag them.
It is ok for me, but other players have suggested changing to US East Coast server and it fixes.
