Unobtainable Item Drops

Several items dropped from the Monument of Fate chest that I cannot obtain because they have no title to interact with. This issue persisted even when turning off my Loot Filter, and also turning on a Loot Filter that forced all items to be Shown.

Have you tried alt+z?(by default)

Yes. I tried:

• Alt+Z
• X (to disable current Loot Filter)
• No Loot Filter
• A “Show All Items Loot Filter”
• Aggressive clicking in the general area

Occasionally an item still can't be picked up, regardless of filter or tooltip status

i’m having the same issue and tried all of these steps as well. i cant pick up any item from the ground but relogging seemed to fix it

I had this issue as well today. I even took screenshots which showed my Tooltips were enabled and loot filter was disabled. All I got was the color flags on the map as above. I’ve seen this once or twice before as well, but didn’t grab screenshots.
