There seems to be an issue with unlocking Empowered Monoliths, after I completed all 3 of them, I then teleported out to town, upon going back in to the chest in the centre to activate it, it wouldn’t work.
Solution: Relog then complete 1 more Echo from any of the level 90 Monoliths, then run directly to the centre, you should then receive a small cutscene.
+1. I’ve completed all timelines and crystal spire remains locked. Work around did not work for me.
I’m stuck as well. Level 90’s complete and the crystal is not able to be selected even after logging out back in and doing an echo
If your character is online, I have been told that you can join someone’s party who has it unlocked and unlock yours via theirs.
