Standing as close as possible to Lagon but it’s not possible to reach him with said skills. Other large model enemies behave the same, they are so large you would think these skills should reach them just by being close to them but no, you need to be under their model to reach as if these are melee skills which isn’t possible against Lagon because of the arena design. It’s easy to test this, just allocate said skills and do the Lagon fight. You’ll have static charges to confirm if it procced or not.
Edit: Just fought Emperor of Corpses and Unlimited Power also can’t reach/target it even though I’m already nudging it by getting so close.
