dunno if anyone else has noticed, but i was looking at an exalted Deft Sai of Blinding, and noticed it had red flavor text about boots.
realized it was from the Stormtide unique boots i was wearing.
replicated with all flavor text from any item with flavor text to any item without flavor text, regardless of location in inventory or stash.
replication:
1- hover cursor over item with flavor text
2- press alt
3- hover cursor over any item without flavor text
3- press alt+ctrl
100% replication rate. included screenshot shows my equipped want with my equipped amulet flavor text, and inventory sai with my equipped boots flavor text.

upon further inspection, if hovering over a set item or unique item, exalted mods of equipped item recoulour to match colour of item hovered while comparing.
