Unique mace idea for Primalist

There are not so many uniques mace in the game, and I have an idea for one.

Dry Winds

Solarum Hammer
Convert Gathering Storm into fire
Shock chance into ignire chance

And few optional additional abilities like:
Ignite applied by storm bolt last longer 10-15%
Storm bolt spell dmg +1 per 15 stacks of ignite on target
Fire skills +1
