problem happen twice today : unique item name is weird

Yeah… Thats got something to do with the lootfilter (likely the emphasise feature). Devs are aware of it, but its not been fixed yet. Its just a text lable issue so you should be able to pick the item up and use it without problems.
Yes game is working without any other issue than this item label
