finally got one isolated to figure out why i’m getting one shot through capped physical resist and crit immunity, it seems to just be bypassing all of my ward and one shotting my 80 ish health (using a no lifesteal exsanguinous build)
(Edit: this seems to extend to all wengari axe throwing type enemies)
