This isn’t exactly a bug, more a recommendation on a quest update.
When the player is in The Lotus Halls, the quest journal says to “Explore the Lotus Halls”. It still says that when the player stands right on the flashing quest mark, before the entry to The Sanctum Bastille. As I was standing there, I wasn’t sure whether I should go into the Bastille, missed something important in the Halls, or should report a broken quest. A quest update that explicitly tells the player to go into the Sanctum Bastille might be helpful (after a few steps in the Bastille there was a quest update, which I expected would happen sooner).
