Since this most recent patch, when I first start the game and enter an echo/any area where I could normally use smite, I am unable to do so. my other abilities appear to be functioning as normal. In order to use smite I must first add a skill to my skill bar that has an animation. After using the skill once, smite will function as normal. This same bug also occurs when entering any dungeon.
