I am unable to get to empowered monoliths on my alt character. I already have it unlocked on another one.
On this bugged character, I did a level 90 monolith completion in a party with a friend. After we beat the boss, the harbinger spawned and we killed the harbinger and continued running empowered monoliths while he was the host (he started the echoes). later on when I logged back in and tried to play solo, I was unable to access empowered, so I tried completing other level 90 zones as well. now I have all 3 completed as shown in the screenshot below, the quest says to slay harbinger in a level 100 corruption zone, but I can’t access empowered monoliths.
I remember this bug existing in LE in previous seasons, when we didn’t have harbingers, we could simply complete an echo in a level 90 zone, walk to the center and click the big rock and it would grant access to empowered monoliths. that workaround is now lost since that place is now a portal to the shattered road.
Upon looking up more results for this bug, I found plenty people with the same problem and no solution and they all encountered it when unlocking empowered in multiplayer. it .seems to be only unlocking it for the host while progressing the harbinger quest state for others thereby bricking the character.

We finally found a workaround for this problem.
We remade the party, with me as the leader this time. my friend started the echo at high corruption (100+) to progress the quest. we killed the harbi after the boss with me as the party leader. I didn’t get the blessing reward for completing the echo, since I didn’t have the stability (glyph of envy doesn’t work, it adds to normal monolith stability), but I did progress the harbinger quest state, went back to shattered road, talked to the dude and got back to a new monolith zone and it let me access empowered monoliths.
This indeed also fixed it partially for me.
Altough i did not progress the harbringer quest but just by him killing the harbringer in a 100 corruption timeline fixed it. (not sure if it matters but it was in one for the lvl 90’s timeline)
And it did not progress the quest as I am progressed to 150 corruption already.

For some reason 6 timelines I can empower and 4 others I can’t.
And both Fall of the Empire and The starting one I have finished multiples times and still can’t get the corrupted timeline for it to work :'(.
Please help me out as I try to farm an item from Empire timeline that only drops in empowered monoliths :S :S
Same thing happening to me, but I don’t have any friends that can do the 225 corruption harbinger my quest is on, so I can’t try that workaround. Completely halts progress.
Same problem here, just on 275 corruption…
